A festive tradition in the making, the Macabees’ Orlando Weeks revisits his debut book The Gritterman and its companion album with a live concert performance. Joined by Paul Whitehouse as The Gritterman, Weeks will recreate the album with the backing of a full band and choir.

Local band Glass Mountain will play at a new venue. Their live music will be accompanied by a 3D projected film and there’ll be support from two other Yorkshire bands, Talkboy and Lelo.

The 1947 version of Miracle On 34th Street will be screened at 2pm and seasonal songs will be performed in the interval by Helen Longworth, who is also appearing in The Dukes’ production of Peter Pan, accompanied by Fred Binley.

The Lost Present is an interactive treasure hunt for all ages, unfolding throughout the city centre of Leeds. This unique live experience is presented by theatre company Riptide.
