End Credits: Incredibles 2

Plus: Skyscraper

Not much needs to be said about Incredibles 2. Fans have been waiting patiently for 14 years for a sequel to the Pixar superhero send-up, back from when Marvel comic movies were barely a thing, there having only been two Spider-man films. Now comic book movies are indeed a big thing, so you’d think it might be harder for a film about a family of forcibly retired superheroes to do well but, let’s face it, pretty much everything to come out of the Disney/Pixar camp is gold. This time it’s the mother, Elastigirl who kicks off the family’s return to action in this great adventure for the kids and grown-ups alike.

Also out is Skyscraper, a Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson lead action romp about a futuristic tower building that comes under terrorist attack. Supposedly the world’s safest building and home to its own ideal society, Johnson, who plays a former FBI agent, must save his family who are trapped inside the building.
