This is a very good piece with a very unfortunate title. Was that an editorial choice or the authors? It just seems incongruous to me given the logical criticism of the NHS's stigma-laden proclamation around PrEP and men who have sex with men. "The Price of Prevention" would be far more accurate and nonjudgmental.
